The SJ series Jeep Cherokee was a full-size SUV produced from 1974 through 1983 by the Jeep division of the American Motors Corporation (AMC). The Cherokee was a redesigned reintroduction of a two door body style, with a single fixed rear side window with an optional flip-out section. Previously, a two door version had been available in the Jeep Wagon line (1963–67), although this had the same pillar and window configuration as the four-door Wagon. This Jeep was equipped with 4.2-6.6L AMC V8 engine capacity with optional 4-speed manual and 3-speed automatic transmission. Here is the wiring diagram of 1978 FSJ Jeep that consists of fuse panel, timer switch, motor t/gate, switch t/gate window, tail gate switch, glove box light & switch, clock, cruise command regulator, relay, dome lamps, turn signal switch, relay, etc.
