This is wiring diagram of Peugeot 306 that has been produced since 1993-2002 by French manufacturer, Peugeot. 1996 Peugeot 306, comes in three different versions: Petrol engines, diesel engines and turbocharged engine. The petrol engines powered by 1.1-2.0 engine capacity and 8V & 16V, the diesel and turbocharged engines are in 1.9 capacity. Here is wiring diagram of 1996 Peugeot 306 cooling fan circuit that consists of 2 fan motors, 3 relays, control unit and the coolant temperature thermistor (NTC). The 2 fan motors always run together and have 2 speeds available. At low speed the motors’ power circuit is switched in series and at high speed the circuit is changed over to parallel. A ballast resistor is therefore not required. The switching of the power circuit is done by the 3 relays which, are controlled by the control unit.
